Be your favourite self



A journaling focused post for you today. I posted this over on Instagram but wanted to expand a little more here.

You don't always need to be your best self (there are a lot of 'shoulds' around being a best self & being on your best behaviour) but what if you took a little bit of effort to be your favourite self each day? ​​​​​​​​

It seems a little gentler doesn't it? And wouldn't our lives be a little easier if we were a little gentler with ourselves? ​​​​​​​​
