Time to Catch Up


So it's been a moment or two since my last blog post. You know when you just need a minute and then that minute turns into a couple of months? That's what's happened here.


I don't know about you but the world has felt heavy for a while and it's taken a bit of time to figure it out. But after yesterday's US election news the world feels a bit brighter!


Starting a full time day job has been amazing for me but has meant that creating a new normal for my business has been a process. One that's still on going. Then I took an actual week off over half term and it is the best thing that I've done for my beautiful business.


With Beth has been 16 years in the making. I vividly remember being in a careers meeting at the age of about 14 telling the careers advisor that I wanted to help people be the best version of themselves. It's taken so many twists and turns to get here and I'm so excited for what's to come.


During my week off, I had time to really think about what I wanted to offer to my wonderful clients and where my strengths are. It allowed me time to think about who my amazing clients are and what they want to achieve. It was such a gift.


I had tried to do this over the first lockdown but had been working from such a place of lack and desperation that it just didn't come across right! With Beth has been an actual entity for a whole year now and I've learnt so much! I've learnt what I want to share with the world and the price point that I want to share it at (rather than listening to marketing gurus!)


So, what's going to happen next?

Well! I'm going to focus in on my two biggest loves; meditation and wellbeing coaching.

Meditation has changed my life and I love holding space for people in this way. My style of guided meditations will stay the same, we will journey together in beautiful self-exploration. I'm currently completing a breath work diploma as well so I can support you in breath work practices alongside this meditation. I will be holding my free meditations each week until this lockdown is over and they will remain on IGTV. I will also be sharing how you can practice meditation with me, in both private and group sessions.


Wellbeing coaching is where I find my groove! The wellness industry often gets a bad rap (and in some cases that's well deserved) but I firmly believe that it's hugely important. We aren't taught (for the most part) how to take care of our mental, physical and emotional health. We're not taught a tool kit of ways to support our wellbeing and we're certainly not taught how to avoid burn out.

My wellbeing coaching is aimed at perfectionists who are so hard on themselves that they end up burning out (not that I'm teaching what I know or anything ...) This coaching is aimed at those womxn who are always putting others before themselves for fear of not being enough. They're always wanting to show their best selves to the world, even when they're feeling rubbish. They're easily burnt out or overwhelmed even though they know the things they should be doing to avoid it. These wonderful humans are my people and I cannot wait to serve them.


I love that I have a huge range of tools to support people's wellbeing, from meditation to doterra essential oils and it gives me huge pleasure to let you know that my offerings will be changing.


I can't wait to share these new beauties with you. I have thought so carefully about every single detail, from the name to the price point.
