Service Description

Lagom: not too much & not too little. Just right. We are so conditioned to give 110% to every aspect of our lives that we often forget to let go & create balance. Yes we want to feel like we’ve moved our bodies after a yoga class but we also want to feel like we’ve reconnected with ourselves. My yoga teacher training was completed through The Kaivalya Method, a deeply spiritual teacher training that although is based in vinyasa yoga has elements of meditation and restorative yoga. This combination of beautiful flows and deep restful postures is what drew me to this training. In our sessions, we work deeply with our physical body to reconnect ourselves to our energetic body, something that so many of us simply don't do. We learn to listen to our body, respect it's cues & understand what they mean so that we're able to nurture ourselves a little more deeply. I personally live with a chronic illness, so creating a strengthening & nourishing yoga class was at the forefront of my mind when crafting my teaching style. Our classes work to build strength in a safe way and they also take time to restore our overworked bodies and minds. The sessions are at the wonderful Happy Culture Cafe on Wednesdays at 7:15pm - 8:15pm (after my meditation class). To ensure we’re keeping each other safe, class sizes are limited to five people. If possible please do bring your own yoga mat, if you don’t have one - just pop me a message in the booking form. If you're booking into the Meditation session before the Yoga Class, use the code MIDWEEKCALM at the checkout to get both classes for £10.
